Telephone Counseling

We advise everyone who has questions about HIV/AIDS and other topics related to sexual health. In addition to their professional qualifications, our counselors have received extensive further training and continuing education to provide professional guidance on all aspects of sexual health. Those seeking advice remain anonymous, and all conversations are confidential. We are queer-friendly, discrimination-sensitive, as well as sex- and kink-positive.

Important: We recommend finding a quiet place for the call and setting aside a few minutes. Because demand for our telephone counseling is very high and we only have one line open, you may need to try calling several times before reaching a counselor.

Alternative: Leave us a message on the answering machine or send us an email with your number and times when you are available, and we will gladly call you back. Please note, however, that we call back from a blocked/hidden number, so please answer the call.
