Chemsex is a phenomenon within gay culture, defined as the use of crystal methamphetamine, mephedrone (and other cathinones), and/or GHB/GBL in the context of gay sex.

A guide providing first aid and harm reduction advice tailored to chemsex-related emergencies by David Stuart and Ignacio Labayen De Inzaon is available on the idpc website or controllingchemsex.de. David Stuart coined the term "chemsex".

Counseling and Support for Drug-Related Issues

Substances can be addictive. Anyone who feels they are losing control over their drug use, or who is concerned about a friend's drug consumption, can find local resources here. These counseling centers specialize, among other things, in chemsex support.
