AH-Moments: Breaking the Taboo

Join us for our regular workshop and discussion series exploring the many beautiful facets of love, intimacy, and relationships. We look forward to seeing you there!

What to Expect:

• A Holistic View of Health: We look at sexual well-being on all levels: physical, mental, and social.
• Redefining Safer Sex: We create a space to reflect on personal needs, navigate boundaries, and learn how to communicate desire safely and confidently.
• Interactive & Personal: Discover new topics, ask your individual questions, and connect with other participants in an open, judgment-free dialogue.

Our Event Values:

• 🛡️ Awareness Concept: A dedicated awareness framework is always in place to ensure everyone feels respected and secure.
• ♿ Accessible & Fair: We actively work on dismantling barriers and offer a solidarity-based sliding scale for ticket pricing so everyone can join.
   

Every month on a Friday evening, we host a brand-new format. Some sessions are led by the Aidshilfe Heidelberg team, while others feature inspiring guest experts. Drop on by - we can't wait to meet you!
 

Target Groups and Age Restrictions
We aim to create safe spaces where people can exchange ideas and experiences openly. For this reason, we define specific target groups for each event; depending on the topic and focus, these may be broader or more narrowly defined. We also take youth protection very seriously. Most events in this series are therefore restricted to adults aged 18 and over. For events that focus primarily on theoretical knowledge and cover topics that are already relevant to younger audiences, the minimum age may exceptionally be set to 16+. Are you unsure if a format is right for you? Just get in touch with us, and we can talk about it.
