It is a vital priority for us to train individuals who work with people in their daily careers. Many people living with HIV experience deep anxiety about speaking openly about their diagnosis. When they do choose to share, it requires a high level of empathy and social competence from the professionals supporting them.

Our Target Groups
We offer specialized training for professionals and peer educators (multipliers) across the medical, social, and educational sectors. Our programs are tailored for:

• Teachers and educators
• Social workers
• Nursing and medical staff (including students and trainees)
• Any other interested professionals

What We Focus On
Our training programs provide a structured space for an informed discussion on HIV/AIDS, tailored specifically to the unique needs of your field. In addition to essential medical facts, our core focus is always on practical, respectful, and stigma-free interactions with HIV-positive individuals in your daily professional routine.

Potential topics could include, for example:

• Transmission routes, prevention methods, and hygiene guidelines
• Data protection and confidentiality
• Psychosocial aspects of supporting HIV-positive individuals across different age groups, as well as their relatives
• Interacting with HIV-positive colleagues
• Personal attitudes toward different lifestyles
• Hepatitis A/B/C and other sexually transmitted infections, safer sex
