Are you looking for advice on safer sex, STI & HIV prevention, or do you have other questions about sexual health, but prefer writing over talking on the phone?

That’s exactly what our chat support is for: here, you can chat one-on-one with one of our counselors and get answers to your questions. You can also use the chat to book a testing appointment.

You can access your test results online.

Chat Counseling Hours

• Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM for trans, intersex, and non-binary (TIN*) people 
• Friday: Afternoon

Our chat is completely free and anonymous. We highly recommend using a nickname.
