Video Counselling

Looking for counseling on HIV or sexual health? If you'd like face-to-face support but can't visit our main office in person, we've got you covered. We offer secure video counseling sessions via Zoom: it's private, safe, and incredibly easy to use.

What to Expect:

Step 1: Book Your Appointment
You can arrange an individual appointment by phone or email (usually during our regular working hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM). If the gender of your counselor matters to you, please let us know when booking.
Step 2: Provide an Email Address
We will need your email address to send you the access details. If you prefer to remain completely anonymous, we recommend creating and using a neutral, temporary email address.
Step 3: Receive Your Link
You will receive an email containing the access link well ahead of your scheduled appointment.
Step 4: Do a Quick Tech Check
We highly recommend testing your setup before the meeting starts. Please make sure your camera, microphone, and speakers or headphones are working properly.
Step 5: Join the Waiting Room
Click the link about 5 minutes before your appointment. You will be placed in a virtual waiting room until your counselor admits you into the meeting.
Step 6: Start Your Session
Your counseling session begins, and you can freely ask any questions you have.
